About customs duties

There are no customs duties on products purchased on this site.
*Customers living in Chile, Brazil, and Colombia will be subject to customs duties.

Delivery and arrival times for products purchased on this site

We have warehouses overseas, and we ship orders from our overseas warehouses as soon as we receive them.


Please note that we will not be able to accommodate your request even if you enter your desired delivery date and time in the notes section.

The period from order to delivery

It takes approximately 5 to 12 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the time you place your order (after payment has been confirmed) to the time it is shipped.


*Please note that this is the period when you place your order on a business day.
*Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
*Please note that orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday or later, so please place your order early.
*Delivery times may vary for popular items.
*If stains, dirt, or other defects are found during product inspection, we will work with our partner factory to replace the product. In this case, please note that the shipping date of the product will be delayed.

Notes when placing an order

When placing an order, please be sure to enter your full real name on the purchase process screen.

If you place an order using a nickname, there is a possibility that we will not be able to deliver the product if it is inspected by customs.

In this case, please note that we cannot refund the product price .

I haven't received an order completion email

We have confirmed that there is an issue where customers are not receiving order confirmation emails from our store .

This appears to be mainly occurring with carrier email addresses such as @ezweb.ne.jp, @docomo.ne.jp, and @softbank.ne.jp. It appears to be a side effect of improved email filtering, and is a nationwide issue.

We have received reports that the email ended up in your spam folder, so please be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.

We also recommend registering with Gmail, which is less likely to result in non-delivery.

There is no problem with the ordering system, so the order itself has been received properly. The issue is that you are not receiving the automatically sent email from our store.

Cancellation of ordered items

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations as we begin the ordering process once your order has been confirmed.

Please note that we cannot accept changes to order details such as size or color after your order has been confirmed.

Regarding out-of-stock or defective shipments after placing an order

Our inventory is highly fluid, so there may be cases where an item is out of stock or cannot be shipped after an order is placed.
In the unlikely event that the product is out of stock or has a shipping defect, we will contact you by email.
Please note that we may not be able to secure stock for back-ordered items depending on the supplier's situation.

Regarding long-term absence and incomplete address

If the storage period for your package has expired, we will notify you by sending a notice of absence. Please use the notice of absence to request redelivery yourself.

Please note that if more than 10 days have passed since the initial delivery date, the item will be automatically returned to our overseas warehouse and the order will be cancelled.

Please note that we cannot refund the cost of any products that have been cancelled due to this.

If the package is returned due to an unknown address, it will be considered as an extended absence, so please make sure that the address you provide is correct.

* If the shipping address is incorrect, the package will be returned as the address is unknown.

・We have noticed that many customers have left out the address, so please check it when purchasing.

* We cannot accept reshipments.

If cancellations due to customer reasons (long-term absence, incorrect address, etc.) continue, we will restrict payment methods. Please be sure to collect your ordered items within the specified period.

Please read the following precautions before ordering

1) The color of the product may differ from the image due to lighting conditions and indoor lighting conditions.

In addition, depending on the monitor settings of your smartphone or PC, the color of the actual product may appear slightly different from what you see in person, so please understand this before purchasing.

2) Once an order has been placed, we cannot accept changes to the color, size, payment method, etc. of the product, so please double-check before placing your order.
